- When you change the article status to "Demand to edit", you should always add the editorial note with comments what to edit;
- If the author does not agree with your decision and challenges it in the note you should answer its note and precisely explain your position, or transfer article to other editor;
- If the editor is not active within 14 days, we send him the warning letter. If within 7 days after sending the letter the editor does not become actively he will be deprived the status of the editor;
